Therapy is an investment in the most important relationship of your life: with yourself. I work collaboratively with my patients to help them gain self-understanding and to support them as they adopt new attitudes and approaches to various life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and therapist alike. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.
In more practical terms, if we decide to work together, we will meet once a week (or more often, if needed) for 45 minutes. My approach is to start where the patient is, and it is my priority to create a safe, comfortable emotional space for my patients.
My Specialties Include

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a confidential, supportive space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and better understand yourself. Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, trauma, life transitions, self-doubt, or simply feel stuck, therapy can help you develop greater self-awareness, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change.
Your therapy is tailored to you, your experiences, and your goals. Together, you can explore patterns that may be holding you back while building new ways of thinking, relating, and moving through the world with greater confidence and intention.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space to strengthen your relationship, improve communication, and work through challenges together. Whether you're navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, adjusting to life changes, or simply wanting to feel more connected, therapy can help you better understand each other's needs and create healthier patterns of connection.
Your relationship doesn't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Couples counseling can help you build stronger communication skills, deepen emotional intimacy, navigate differences with greater compassion, and create a relationship that feels more connected, secure, and fulfilling.

Relationship Counseling
Relationship counseling offers a supportive space to explore the patterns, challenges, and dynamics that can affect your relationships. Whether you're navigating communication difficulties, recurring conflict, boundaries, trust, changing relationship needs, or major life transitions, counseling can help you gain clarity, communicate more effectively, and build healthier ways of relating.
Relationships can be complicated, and you don't have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore what isn't working, identify what you want from your relationships, and develop practical tools for creating more connected, respectful, and fulfilling relationships.

Therapy for Creative Professionals
Creative work can be deeply rewarding, but it can also come with unique pressures. Therapy for creative professionals provides a space to explore perfectionism, self-doubt, burnout, creative blocks, identity, career uncertainty, and the emotional vulnerability that often comes with putting your work into the world. Whether you're an artist, writer, designer, musician, performer, or creative entrepreneur, therapy can help you navigate the challenges of a creative life without losing connection to yourself or your work.
Together, we can explore the relationship between your creativity, identity, relationships, and well-being while developing practical tools to manage stress, build confidence, overcome stuck points, and create sustainable creative practices. Your creativity is part of you, but it doesn't have to carry everything.

Imposter Syndrome Therapy
Imposter syndrome can leave you questioning your accomplishments, second-guessing your abilities, and feeling like you're not as capable as others believe you are. Therapy provides a supportive space to explore the beliefs and experiences behind these feelings, challenge harsh self-judgment, and develop a more grounded sense of confidence and self-trust.
Whether you're navigating a career change, creative work, professional growth, or simply struggling to recognize your own accomplishments, therapy can help you move beyond the fear of being “found out” and feel more comfortable taking up space. You don't have to prove that you belong. You can learn to believe that you do.
